The method omits remelting process, reduces the cost of aluminum per ton, greatly reduces aluminum burning loss, reduces greenhouse gas and toxic gas emissions, increases environmental benefits, greatly avoids crack, shrinkage cavity, shrinkage, air hole and other quality defects of the 6063 aluminum alloy round ingot casting billet, inhibits drawing stamp, unsmooth skin, cold shut, local aluminum leakage and other surface technical problems, improves the microstructure and mechanical properties of a large diameter aluminum alloy bar, avoids the production of cold cracks, improves the rate of finished products of the large diameter aluminum alloy round ingot casting billet, reduces the recycled amount of the waste, saves energy consumption, and reduces emissions of exhaust gas and pollutants so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving, and has remarkable social benefit and environmental benefit.
