Determination of Zinc,Iron, and Copper Concentrations in Buffaloe's Milk and Holstein Cow's Milk by FAAS
2011
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the concentrations of zinc(Zn),iron(Fe) and copper(Cu) in buffaloe's milk and Holstein cow's milk. The results showed the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu were 15.520 μg/mL,4.267 μg/mL,0.586 μg/mL in buffaloe's milk and 4.374 μg/mL,2.756 μg/mL,0.866 μg/mL in Holstein cow's milk respectively. The contents of elements Zn and Fe were significantly higher in buffaloe's milk than those in Holstein cow's milk(P0.01),the content of element Cu was significantly lower in buffaloe's milk than that in Holstein cow's milk(P0.01).The recovery ratio of the method ranged from 96.000%to 104.333%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.467%~7.857%.The method is precise, accurate and convenient to determine micro-element in milk and milk product.
