ATİPİK LOKALİZASYONU NEDENİ İLE SEKESTRASYON ZANNEDİLEN ATİPİK KARSİNOİD TÜMÖR OLGUSU: OLGU SUNUMU Misdiagnozed Atypical Carcınoidttumor Case Called Sequestration Due to Atypical Localization: A Case Report

OZET Akcigerin karsinoid tumorleri daha cok endobronsial veya intraparankimal yerlesim gosterirler. Tedavilerinde oncelikli olarak parankim koruyucu cerrahi prosedurleri tercih edilir. Postoperatif patoloji sonucunda lenf nodu metastazi ve tumorun proliferasyon durumuna gore de adjuvan tedavi yontemleri uygulanabilir. Biz burada sag major fissurde yerlesim gosteren ve ilk cerrahisinde orta lobdan koken alan sekestrasyon dusundugumuz bir atipik karsinoid olgusunu sunuyoruz. Parenchymal protective surgical procedures are preferred in their treatment. Adjuvant treatment methods can be applied according to lymph node metastasis and tumor proliferation status at postoperative pathology. Here, we present a case of atypical carcinoid that placement placed in the right major fissure and we think sequestration is originated than from the middle lobe that seen at the first surgery.
