The invention discloses a high-performance video coding lossless mode residual error transform method. The method includes: if the current coding unit is in a horizontal or vertical intra-frame prediction mode, using the K residual errors on the left or at the upper end of the current residual error ri, j as reference and combining the coefficient alphai, j to predict the current residual error ri, j; using the difference value ai, j between the current residual error ri, j and the prediction value of the same to substitute the current residual error ri, j to perform entropy coding; solving to allow the difference value ai, j to be the minimal optimal coefficient alphai, j, and acquiring a transform matrix according to the optimal coefficient alphai, j. By the method, code rate is lowered greatly, encoding performance is increased, and the video contents can be kept in an undistorted manner.
