Pyloric diaphragm in an adult.

A patient with a duodenal diaphragm presenting in adulthood is reported. Because of the pyloric position of the web, it did not cause a megaduodenum and was not visualized by X-ray. The patient was cured by direct excision of the diaphragm and a pyloroplasty.
