Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Combined Application of Doxapram Hydrochloride for Injection and Naloxone to Treat 62 Cases of Pulmonary Encephalopathy

Objective:To investigte the clinical efficacy and safety of combined application of doxapram hydrochloride for injection and naloxone to treat pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods:94 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Both groups were given the comprehensive treatment including:anti-infection and sustained low-flow oxygen,antispasmodic asthma,relieving cough and eliminating phlegm,keeping fluency of respiratory tract,maintaining the balance of pH,water and electrolyte,supporting nutrition.On that basis,the treatment group plused the combined treatment of doxapram hydrochloride and naloxone.Results:The mortality of treatment group was 33.87%,the mortality of control group was 56.25%,compared the two groups there was a significant difference(P0.01).The course of treatment without adverse reactions.Conclusion:This method has significant efficacy and safety to treat pulmonary encephalopathy.
