Research on Analog-digital Hybrid Controller

Aiming at the slow response speed of digital controller, the difficulties in adjusting the parameters of analog controller, the inflexible setting, the inability to adjust the parameters online and storage etc., an analog-digital hybrid controller is proposed. The control algorithm is implemented by analog circuit. The controller parameter adjustment and setting use digital potentiometer instead of analog potentiometer. The value of the digital potentiometer is adjusted by single chip microcomputer through the I2C bus and stored in memory. The single chip microcomputer obtains the setting parameters of the controller according to the system model by collecting the state variables of the field control system. This design scheme not only realizes online setting, adjustment and storage of controller parameters by using single chip microcomputer, but also realizes control algorithm quickly by using analog circuit. The experimental research shows that analog-digital hybrid electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier has a step response time of 0. 6ms, which meets the requirements of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.
