Gestión del desarrollo local ante desastres naturales en la zona costera de Ecuador

One of the most important characteristics for the process of local development, is the coordination with the local actors, of acting jointly with other institutions between other agreements and decisions, to face the effects of the seismic and climatic risks that happen inside a certain territory. The Ecuador at the moment requires of carrying out administrations participativas, institutionally speaking, to face this phenomena in combined form, of there that this I articulate he/she has as objective: to analyze the necessity to generate articulations among the different decentralized autonomous governments (GADs) so much at cantonal level as provincial of the coastal area to face the disasters caused by the earthquakes in order to minimize their impact. In the article they are defined the characteristics of the coastal area of the Ecuador, with the respective population seated in the parishes of the 6 counties that are part of the same one, the sismicidad levels they are analyzed that they affect or they affected in their different territorial spaces, the public organisms are also determined that they have the competition of the coordination of the actions so that a contingency plan settles down and to reduce the impacts on the population.
