After gas moves to the gas-water separation cover, water in the gas flows into a water storage chamber formed on the lower side of the gas-water separation cover from the water passing port, and the dewatered gas enters an inner cavity of the guide cylinder from bottom to top. An automatic drain valve is mounted at the bottom of the water storage chamber, the upper end of the guide cylinder is sealed, and the inner cavity of the guide cylinder is communicated with the outlet. Centrifugal separation can be realized by the spiral guide cylinder, impact adsorption is realized by a collision strip, coarse-fine separation is performed for the wet gas by means of gravity settling and filtering with a filter screen, gas purifying effects are greatly improved, additional equipment is omitted, and cost is reduced.
