Факторы риска развития постспинальных головных болей

2006
The results, registered in cases, who had been operated under conditions of prolonged spinal anesthesia (SA) and conventional SA, showed, that postspinaI headache was caused by neurotoxicity of local anesthetics. More prolonged conventional SA, achieved by one-stage subarachnoid administration ofmaximum doses of4 % lidocaine and 0,5 % marcaine solutions, increased a risk ofdevelopment of postspinal headache. This risk became higher after use of conventional SA in young females and in case of early activity of operated patients. Prolonged SA, achieved by fractional administration of minimum doses of 2 % lidocaine solution decreased probability of postspinal headache.
