A fixing device buried in a concrete structure is provided to increase the work efficiency by changing a mounting hole, an anchor bolt and a support according to the work environment or location. A fixing device buried in a concrete structure comprises a channel, and a T-head bolt(30) and a support(40). The channel has a body(22) and an anchor bolt(24). The T-head bolt is mounted on the top of the channel. The support is combined with the anchor bolt. A mounting hole(22b) is formed at the bottom surface of the body. The anchor bolt is consisting of a head unit(24a), a stepped projection supporting part(24b) and a height adjusting part(24c). The head unit is inserted through in the mounting hole. The stepped projection supporting part is positioned in the lower part of the head unit. The height adjusting part is formed with the specific length. A groove(24d) for fixing and mounting a snap ring(70) is built up at the outer circumference of the head unit. The stepped projection supporting part prevents the anchor bolt from being inserted into the mounting hole more than need.
