The stepped projection supporting part is positioned in the lower part of the head unit. The height adjusting part is formed with the specific length. A groove(24d) for fixing and mounting a snap ring(70) is built up at the outer circumference of the head unit. The stepped projection supporting part prevents the anchor bolt from being inserted into the mounting hole more than need.
