For evaluation of microbiologic al conditions of raw milk and studies of some factors that influence their quality 24 properties were examined dairy located in the western region of Parana. There were three collections for aerobic mesophilic microorganism analysis and coliform and thermotolerant. There was also one collect for verification of microorganism s health quality indicators (coliform and thermotolerant) of the water of these properties.
