Electrostimulated diffusion of ions in HTSC and the current states in d-type superconductors
2004
Abstract We report results of observations of a considerable effect of the long-duration transport superconducting current on the phasal composition and the morphology of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− x and Bi 2 Sr 2 Ca 2 Cu 3 O 10 films as a result of electrostimulated diffusion of heavy ions and O in these films. We propose a model that explains the effect of heavy ion transfer as the consequence of the response of the d-symmetry superconducting system on the external electric field. The consideration is performed on the base of the tensor order parameter.
