ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN MOTOR INDUKSI TIGA FASA MENGGUNAKAN FUZZY LOGIC CONTROL

Abstrak Motor induksi tiga fasa merupakan perabot listrik yang dimanfaatkan sebagai penggerak utama mesin. Pemanfaatan motor induksi tiga fasa banyak ditemui pada industri karena harganya murah, perawatannya mudah dan desain yang handal, sehingga lebih dipilih untuk penggerak mesin dengan skala besar. Tetapi motor listrik memiliki kekurangan pada arus mula yang tinggi hingga berkali lipat. Dari kekurangan tersebut disebut juga motor dengan sifat tidak linear. Karena itu dibutuhkannya inverter agar dapat mengatasi lonjakan arus mula dan overshoot motor. Inverter menggunakan sinyal PWM (Power With Modulation) sebagai pensaklaran pada komponen inverter yang berupa mosfet. Mosfet pada inverter disusun paralel yang berjumlah 6 buah. Pensaklaran PWM ini menggunakan logika fuzzy agar didapatkan hasil kecepatan dengan rise time yang sesingkat mungkin dan lonjakan arus yang dapat dikontrol sekecilnya. Dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy untuk pengendalian kecepatan motor induksi tiga fasa maka didapatkan rise time 0.2 s dan kecepatan tunak pada 0.3s.     Kata Kunci : Motor induksi tiga fasa, inverter, pengontrolan logika fuzzy. Abstract Waktu Three-phase induction motor is an electrical device that is used as the main engine. Utilization of three-phase induction motors are mostly found in industry because of their low cost, easy maintenance and reliable design, so they are preferred for large-scale engine drives. But electric motors have a lack of high initial currents many times. From this deficiency is also called a motor with non-linear nature. Therefore, an inverter is needed to be able to overcome the inrush current and motor overshoot. The inverter uses the PWM (Power With Modulation) signal as a switch on the inverter component in the form of MOSFETs. This PWM switching uses fuzzy logic to get the speed results with the shortest increment time and the smallest inrush current. By using fuzzy logic to control the speed of a three phase induction motor, the rise tmie is 0.2 seconds and the fixed speed is 0.3 seconds.     Keywords: three phase motor induction, inverter, fuzzy logic controler
