The Special Swimming Program:An Effective Method of Carrying out Health Education in the College Physical Education

Swimming is not only the sports beneficial to our human lung and heart's function,but also a kind of survival skill education;Swimming is not only a kind of exercise,but also a cultivation of survival ability.Through the discussion on the relationship between swimming and college all-round development education and health education,this paper explores swimming's special function in college all-round development education and health education.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the feasibility of swimming being a special program and swimming education in college to help cultivate college students' independent swimming ability so as to better meet the needs of all-round development education and health education.
