The invention discloses a breeding method of anti-premature senility and storage-endurable green soft rice, and belongs to the technical field of special rice breeding. The method comprises the following steps: selecting four special rice varieties respectively with the premature senility resistance, endurable storage, green seed coat and low amylase as materials, hybridizing and multiple-crossing to polymerize, and measuring and screening the strains with the premature senility resistance, endurable storage, green seed coat, low amylase, agronomic character and yield character in segregative generation, breeding the screened strains into the anti-premature senility and storage-endurable green soft rice variety. The variety is anti-premature senility, good in later period coloring and high in yield; the seed and the rice are storage-endurable, the rice is soft, good in taste, light yellow in appearance, rich in pure natural nutrient pigment and a large amount of human necessary microelements and vitamins, and the green soft rice has a good nourishing effect for the human body after being eaten.
