The Irbesartan Combined Salvia in early Renal Damage of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of irbesartan combined with salvia in treatment of type 2 diabetic early renal damage.Method:60 examples the selection of standard,by using a random number method,divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given routine hypoglycemic treatment,the control group plus valsartan capsules and Shenkang injection,the observation group with irbesartan capsule and Danshen injection lyophilized powder;7 days was a course of treatment,continuous for 4 courses,observe clinical efficacy at the end of the treatment.Result: After treatment,two groups of patients with renal artery hemodynamic parameters compared with before treatment,the indicators are better(P 0.05),but in the observation group improved more obviously(P 0.01);In this group,two groups of patients with Cys C,SCr,24hUP,mAlb and β2-MG levels were not statistical significance(P 0.05);after the end of treatment,the levels compared with before treatment were decreased(P 0.05),but the observation group were decreased greatly(P 0.01).Conclusion: Irbesartan combined with salvia in treatment of type 2 diabetic with early renal damage,can improve the renal blood flow velocity,improve renal blood flow perfusion,It has good clinical curative effect,It's high safety,worthy of clinical application.
