Powder metallurgy material of gasoline engine piston and preparation method of powder metallurgy material

2013
The invention discloses a powder metallurgy material of a gasoline engine piston and a preparation method of the powder metallurgy material. The powder metallurgy material is characterized by being prepared by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 94-96 parts of iron powder, 1.2-1.4 parts of copper powder, 0.4-0.6 part of graphite, 1.2-1.4 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 0.2-0.3 part of vanadium, 2.5-3.0 parts of zinc stearate, 1.2-1.6 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1.2-1.5 parts of engine oil, 0.06-0.09 part of Zr, 0.2-0.4 part of Li, 0.06-0.08 part of Ba, 1-1.2 parts of SiO2, 0.25-0.35 part of V2O5, 0.45-0.6 part of dimolybdenum boride, 2.1-2.5 parts of aluminum oxide and 2-3 parts of a dispersant. The piston manufactured from the powder metallurgy material is high in hardness, good in wear resistance, dense in tissue and excellent in structure rigidity, hardness, fatigue resistance and tensile strength, and has a good microstructure and very few holes; and a metallographic structure is improved in combination with rare earth elements.
