This is a prospective observational case series study performed at the “Hospital Militar Central (Bogota, Colombia) between january 1997 and july 2003 where we treated 108 patients with radial nerve palsy from multiple etiologies. We had an average 53 months follow up of these patients; we recorded their hand function, return time to the activities of daily living and complications using the DASH system: 93% of the patients returned to daily living activities; 98% recovered hand functions with active fiand wrist extension and thumb positioned for good grip.
