Background Delta-shaped anastomosis (DA) is a newly developed intracorporeal gastroduodenostomy. This meta-analysis is performed to compare the safety, feasibility and clinical outcomes of DA with conventional extracorporeal Billroth I anastomosis (B-I) after laparoscopic distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
