The invention provides a behind-wall human body target self-adaptive indication method of a through-wall radar. According to the invention, for the background of each data point of echo signals, the historical pulse data of the optical length is selected for estimation, and the SCR of each data point after clutter inhibition reach the maximum, so that the problem of a routine behind-wall human body target indication method fails to be adapted to targets different in moving types is successfully solved, and the adaptation of the through-wall radar to the human body target different in moving types is improved; in addition, the method is low in calculation amount, high in execution efficiency, suitable for the detection of the human body target different in moving types by the through-wall radar, and capable of effectively improving the working efficiency of the through-wall radar.
