FIFA, the international football organization, develops training programs to reduce the risk of sports injuries and helps children improve their physiological functions and body performance, called FIFA 11+ warm-up exercises. Incidents of injury in the field without proper treatment often occur. For this reason, it is necessary to socialize injury prevention exercises for FIFA11 + warm-up sports to coaches and sports players, especially football, to reduce the risk of injury during training and improve performance and fitness. The lecture method is used to socialize and educate the concept of the FIFA 11+ warm-up training program. The evaluation was carried out to determine the level of understanding of the webinar participants via zoom meeting on the prevention and management of sports injuries, training for injury prevention, and the FIFA 11+ warm-up training program. This community service's results to socialize the FIFA11 + warming-up program was attended by 320 participants, consisting of 81% male and 19% female. Twenty-five football coach obtained the background of the work, only one woman. The results increased knowledge of injury prevention and prevention by 41%, training to reduce injuries by 43%, and the FIFA 11+ program increased by 50%. The conclusion of sports training socialization to reduce injuries and improve performance shows a 50% increase in understanding of the FIFA 11+ program. To reduce the risk of injury and improve athlete performance, the FIFA 11+ warm-up training model can be used.
