Comparative SEM examinations of certain contemporary materials for preventive sealing of fissures

For a successful final realization of sealing of fissures as a prophylactic method, what is necessary is adequate choice, using of contemporary materials (composite sealants, composite with fluor a swell as the latestglass-ionomer resin reinforced) and adequately pursued technique of their application as well. The aim of the work was SEM examination of continuous thickness of the sealing with different materials: Fisural®, Fisurit-F®, lonosit-seal®. There was been determined that lonosit-seal shows the best results in the quality of fissure sealing.
