Stress cardiomyopathy is an uncommon disease, which symptoms and electrocardiographic fi ndings are simi-lar to those of an acute coronary syndrome. SituaƟ ons of stress are the most common triggers, causing a release of endogenous catecholamines. But we must be aware, that we can trigger this pathology following catecholaminergic medicaƟ on use, such as those administered in an extreme bradycardia or in an anaphylacƟ c shock
