The cross-selling is a brand-new marketing theory and a marketing philosophy. It can make full use of all possible resources to develop the marketing and according win the customers. In the telecom market competition with serious drainage of the customers, the loyal customers can make enterprises' profit produce accumulated effect and gain sustained profit. So, how to obtain the loyal customer becomes the focus of the competition of telecom enterprises. The application of the cross-selling supplies a shortcut for finding and keeping the valuable customer and improving their value. According to the environment of Chinese telecom industry at present, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the cross-selling by Chinese telecom industry, and discusses on the implement steps of carrying out the cross-selling.
