Multilayer material orifice structure and printer

The invention discloses a multilayer material orifice structure and a printer which adopts the multilayer material orifice structure. The multilayer material orifice structure comprises a base, a multilayer orifice material layer, an ink inlet channel, an ink inlet and an ink outlet. The multilayer orifice material layer at least comprises an inner wall and an outer wall. The inner wall is arranged on the base. A pressure chamber is formed between the inner wall and the base. The outer wall is located at the periphery of the inner wall. The ink inlet channel goes through the base. The ink inlet is located in the bottom of the ink inlet channel. The ink outlet is located in the top of the pressure chamber and through the multilayer orifice material layer. The pressure chamber is communicated with the ink inlet and the ink outlet. The inner wall of the multilayer material layer is made of a hydrophilic material, and the outer wall is made of a hydrophobic material. The thickness of the outer wall is greater than 1/2 of the total thickness of the multilayer orifice material layer. The multilayer material orifice structure of the invention realizes improvement in printing speed, reliability and printing quality.
