Controller virtual electromechanical characteristic for a static power converter comprising a PLC (23) (? Power loop controller? Or? Loop controller power?) Which receives the input power difference ({dl} P) existing between the input power (P {sub, in}) (power supplied to the converter from the feed) and power delivered to the network (P {sub, elec}), and is able to modify online parameters coefficient virtual inertia and damping factor depending on the desired response and network conditions for different frequency ranges.
