PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that provides fixed images having high image intensity. SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development is configured by containing an amorphous first polyester resin that is a polycondensation product of at least a carboxylic acid component with an alcohol component containing rosin, and a second polyester resin having a difference (absolute value) in a solubility parameter to the first polyester resin of 0.3(cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 or more and 3(cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 or less.
