By the spectral-luminescence method investigated the sorption of the drug heparin (Hep) aortic tissue. The quenching of fluorescence (FL) tryptophan (Trp) by heparin is studied and the Stern-Volmer constant (K=19±2 M–1), reflecting the stability of its complexes with amino acid is determined. The main regularities of the sorption of heparin with the endothelium of aortic tissue and without endothelium in a stationary mode, and with vigorous stirring of the solution Hep,simulating blood circulation are establieshed. The anticoagulant properties of the complex heparinaromatic amino acids are studied. Its high anticoagulant activity is confirmed.
