Determination of Tebuconazole in Water Using Ultra-HPLC-Electrospray Tandem Mass Spectrometry

A method for analysis of tebuconazole in water using solid phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry was established.It was found that linear relationship between peak area and concentration of bentazon was in the range of 0.01~10 μg /L.Detection limit of the method was found to be 0.05 ng/L.The relative standard deviation(n=6) was 6.4%.The average recovery of bentazon was around 95.3%.The optimized method was successfully applied to the analysis of sewage.
