The utility model discloses a thermal insulation device for a hopper port of an emulsion explosive loading machine. The device is sleeved on the hopper port of the loading machine. The device is a tank body with two ends open, and the tank body comprises an outer layer casing (1) and an inner layer lining body (3). A gap is reserved between the outer layer casing (1) and an inner layer lining body (3) to form a closed cavity body (2). A water outlet valve (4) is arranged on the upper portion of the cavity body (2), a water outlet valve (7) is positioned on the lower portion of the cavity body (2), and circulation water is filled in the cavity body (2). The thermal insulation device is simple in structure, unique in design and good in thermal insulation effect. The whole tank body is provided with warm water and a temperature control system, thereby enabling emulsion explosive in the hopper port to be in a constant temperature state and facilitating explosive loading and control of quality of emulsion explosive. The thermal insulation device is convenient to manufacture and use. The tank body is made of stainless steel, thereby being long in service life.
