The Study on the Fatty Acid Compositions in Potentilla anserine L.by GC/MS

The fatty acid compositions in Potentilla anserine L.were extracted by Soxhler extractor and acid-hydrolysis method.After being methyl esterified,the fatty acid compositions were detected by GC/MS.There were 20 fatty acid were identified,besides some main components,as linoleic acid,linolenic acid,oleic acid,palmitic acid,and stearic acid,diisooctyl phthalate and some fatty acids of odd carbons,as undecanoic acid,pentadecanoic acid,heptadecanoic acid,were also found.The quantities of polyunsaturated fatty acid obtained by two methods were 71.1% and 41.9% respectively.
