Antituberculosis Agents. V: α-[5-(5-Nitro-2-furyl)- 1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio]acethydrazide and Related Compounds

α-[5-(5-Nitro-2-furyl)-l ,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio]acethydrazide, a-[5-(5-nitro-2-furyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio]acetamide, < 5-allyl-1-([5-(5- nitro-2-furyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio]acety)thiosemicarbazide, and other related compounds have been synthesised for testing against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
