Evaluation method of reverse osmosis scale inhibition performance

The invention relates to a method for quickly evaluating scale inhibition performance of reverse osmosis scale inhibition technologies including a scale inhibitor adding technology, an electromagnetic treatment technology and the like in a laboratory. As shown in figure 1, reverse osmosis concentrated water and produced water both flow back to a water tank. In the process of evaluation, system temperature is kept constant; initial water yield and concentrated water discharge amount are fixed; concentrated water discharge amount and water yield are recorded at a certain interval; the scale inhibition performance of the scale inhibition technology is judged according to changes of the recovery rate of a reverse osmosis system, obtained from a blank test and a test using the scale inhibitiontechnology; and the optimal scale inhibition operation scheme can be determined through serial tests. The evaluation method is suitable for all types of scale inhibition technologies, such as all types of scale inhibitors, electromagnetic scale inhibition technologies and the like, of the reverse osmosis system.
