The invention relates to a novel helicopter rotor wing hot-air expansion film and an electricity and heat combination ice preventing/removing device, and belongs to the technical field of rotor wing ice preventing and removing. The electricity and heat combination ice preventing/removing device mainly comprises a rotor wing skin, an electricity and heat ice preventing/removing system, a hot-air expansion film ice preventing/removing system and icing sensors for detecting the icing thickness of a rotor wing. The hot-air expansion film ice preventing/removing system comprises a hot-air expansion film, check valves, an air compressor, a vacuumizing pump, a pressure meter, a hot air conveying pipeline and the icing sensors for detecting the icing thickness of the rotor wing. The electricity and heat ice preventing/removing system comprises electric heating wire heating pads, an insulated heat insulation layer, an insulated heat transmission layer and a pressure adjusting switch for adjusting the heating intensity, a multipath controller for controlling the different series heating pads and the icing sensors. According to the novel helicopter rotor wing hot-air expansion film and the electricity and heat combination ice preventing/removing device, the helicopter rotor wing can be effectively subjected to detecting and ice preventing and removing work in real time, the ice preventing and removing requirements under different bad weather conditions and different icing states can be met.
