Seed Morphological Characteristics and Seed Germination Characteristics of Thalictrum aquilegifolium var. sibiricum

The effects of different temperature,different soaking temperature and GA3 on germination of Thalictrum aquilegifolium var.sibiricum were studied in this paper.The results showed that the seeds length was about 4.274 mm,and the thickness was 1.225 mm.The 1000-grain weight was 4.411 g.The result indicated that the best soaking temperature was 25 ℃.GA3 could extremely significantly improve the germination percentage and germination vigor.100 mg·L-1 GA3 treatment had the most obvious effect,and the germination rate could reach 88.67%.
