University journals in Guangdong province have been developing rapidly since the implementation of the Reform and Opening-Up policy.This rapid development was inseparable from the development of higher education,effective policies and the improvement of the academic environment in Guangdong province.During this period,university journals in Guangdong province had experienced two main development stages: the recovery and development period and the reform and promotion period,which had formed their own development characteristics.
