Reform and Exploration on the Practice Teaching of Skills Training in Physical Education Major——Taking Physical Education Major in Longnan Teachers College as an Example

Based on the analysis of the practice teaching situation in physical education major of Longnan Teachers College,the training content and methods,organization of the practical teaching of skills training have been reformed and searched.To design practice teaching has effective for improving the students' comprehensive ability,it may lay agood foundation for the teaching skills of physical education majors and future development.
