The catalyst for hydrotreating a feed oil processing process, the catalyst is mainly composed of 5-35% by weight of the heat-resistant inorganic oxide, 0-65 wt% of clay, 5-50% by weight of a modified mesoporous aluminosilicate materials and 15-60 wt% of a mixture of molecular sieve composition; wherein the molecular sieve comprises a mixture of said MFI zeolite and β zeolite, based on the weight of the catalyst as a reference, the content of the β zeolite is 10-55 wt%, the content of the MFI zeolite is 5-25% by weight, the weight of the modified beta zeolite and mesoporous material is from 1: 5 to 5: 1, the weight ratio beta zeolite molecular sieve with MFI of not less than 1. The catalyst for hydrotreating feedstock oil conversion, propylene and isobutylene with high yield.
