Neurilemmoma of the abdomen.

Neurilemmoma is a benign tumor origin from the nerve, in certain conditions it is possible to transform into a malignant state. This pathological nding can be found anywhere in the body and in any age. Surgery is the treatment of choice, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be considered in the malignant form. A case of a 41-year-old man with neurilemmoma of the anterior abdomen was admitted in Internal Medicine ward to improve the general condition before performing surgery for the tumor.
