Graphene/organic solvent dispersion and method for producing same, and method for producing lithium-ion battery electrode

The purpose of the present invention is to produce a graphene/organic solvent dispersion that maintains a stable dispersion state and does not cause electrolysis of water. Provided is a graphene/organic solvent dispersion in which graphene is dispersed in an organic solvent, said graphene/organic solvent dispersion having a (W2-W1)/G value of 0.005-0.05, wherein W1 and W2 represent the moisture content at 130°C and the moisture content at 250°C, respectively, as measured by the Karl Fischer method, and G represents the solid content of the graphene.
