Генетическое разнообразие и дифференциация заводских популяций кеты (оncorhynchus keta walbaum) Сахалино-Курильского региона по микросателлитным маркерам

Twenty-four samples of Siberian salmon (Oncorhynchus keta Walbaum) producers obtained from 13 salmon breeding hatcheries at the period of anadromous migrations in the years of 2003-2005 at 10 microsatellite locuses have been analysed. The authors managed to distinguish a number of population complexes (the northern, eastern, south-western, south and south-eastern Sakhalin and Iturup island) that can really be differentiated according to allel frequency and are well coordinated with the geographic locality of the hatchery.
