The invention discloses a method for transmitting pilot channels and determining a pilot frequency transmitting terminal as well as a system and a device thereof. The method specifically comprises thefollowing steps: the transmitting terminal transmits pre-generated enhanced pilot channels with power higher than pilot channel transmission power according to a preset cycle; a receiving terminal detects the enhanced pilot channels, and determines the transmitting terminal of the detected enhanced pilot channels. The receiving terminal can detect the enhanced pilot channels transmitted with power higher than the pilot channel transmission power, and determine corresponding base stations according to the enhanced pilot channels, thus increasing the number of base stations that can be detectedby the receiving terminal.
