The present invention relates to an asphalt product comprising a bituminous asphalt binder or synthetic and at least one mineral filler, characterized in that it further comprises 0.02 to 5% by weight, based on the weight of said bituminous binder, of a thermoplastic polymer compatible with the hydrocarbon binder, having at least one carboxylic acid-terminated polymer being a polyester, a polyamide, a poly (ester-amide), a functionalized polyether after carboxylic acid chain, or a polydiene functionalized at the end of carboxylic acid chain when said thermoplastic polymer comprises more than one carboxylic acid functional group, at least 20 carbon atoms separate the carboxylic acid functions. The invention also relates to the use of a thermoplastic polymer compatible with bitumen, with at least one terminal carboxylic acid, to improve the dispersion of a charge mineral in a hydrocarbon binder of asphalt product.
