EPR in 1-d and 2-d antiferromagnetic systems
1983
Abstract We have studied the EPR spectrum of low-dimensional antiferromagnetic systems CsMnCl 3 ·2 H 2 O (1-d) and BaMnF 4 (2-d) in a wide temperature range. At temperatures ( T − T N ) = 2–3 K we observed a crossover associated with a change of the growth dynamics of spin correlations. We also investigated the angular dependences of the resonance line width and shape. The results are interpreted by considering 1-d and 2-d structure models with allowance for changing space and temporal characteristics of the correlators.
