Numerical analysis of weld-molding process in welding structure of railway locomotive & vehicle

View of the current status of numerical analysis of welding molding process,this paper describes the numerical analysis theories of weld-molding,expounds the problems of welding temperature field analysis,and the factors and mechanism of welding residual stress and deformation,then summarizes the difficulties existing in the numerical analysis of weld-molding process.For these difficulties,it introduces the application of new technological methods and available numerical analysis software tools of weld-molding in these years,and presents the development of numerical analysis of weld-molding in future.
