Study on the preparation technology of Gelong Shuluo Granula

Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Gelong Shuluo Granule.Methods: The optimum extraction of Gelong Shuluo Granule was investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal experiment with hydroscopicity,fluidity and formability as the indexes,the dry granulating process was evaluated.Results: The optimum extraction procedures were as follows: adding 12 times water,the refluing extraction was carried out for 2 times(2 hours,1.5 hours).And the hydroscopicity,fluidity and formability of the granule were in accord with manufacture requirements.Conclusion: The optimized extraction and formating processes are stable and feasible,and can be used in the production.
