Integration Wiring Design of Routine Tests for 1000 kV Power Transformers

1000kV power transformers have been applied more and more widely in China, the routine tests are quite important to check their quality. Traditional test method need testers conduct different test items one by one, which costs a lot of manpower and material resources. In the paper, we scrutinize the characterizes of 1000kV power transformers, then sort out the common points of different test items. Based on studies of intelligent switching principle, we integrate different test equipment, design a new intelligent switching system, which achieve the function of onetime wiring, one-key operation to complete different test items. The system is successfully used in 1000kV substation field, and the results show that it can improve the efficiency of 1000kV power transformer tests.
