The Research Review of M&A Payment Manners

The selection of MA payment manners is an important aspect of the research of MA.It not only relates closely with the success of MA events,but also affects the corporate performance and shareholder returns.On the basis of the comparative analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of the main MA payment manners at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the empirical findings about the influence on MA performance caused by different payment manners and elaborates its' reasons.Finally,this paper refers some shortage and extensible research field of the MA payment manners study.
