Study on the Method for Assay of the Complicated Mixture Lincomycin Hydrochloride and Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride

A method for detecting the contents of Lincomycin hydrochloride and Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in the complicated mixture by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry was developed .The results showed a good linearity and satisfactory recovery, it can be used for quantitative analysis.
